Half and full days

One price for your whole group

Our prices cover your whole group, so the more friends you bring, the less each person pays.

Your guide will shape the day around your group’s experience and goals, with up to 4 climbers per guide on single-pitch days. If your group is small, we may pair you with another small group, and we'll always let you know before your trip.

  • Small groups. Never more than 4 climbers per guide.
  • No booking fees. Your guide, gear and coaching are all in the group price.
  • Nothing charged online. Send a request and we confirm by email.

Deposit and payment

How payment works

No card needed to check a date. Here’s what happens after you send a request.

  1. Send a request

Pick a trip, an open date and your group size on the calendar. It’s free and nothing is charged.

  2. Get your confirmation

Jack will email you within one business day to confirm the date, crag and meeting spot.

  3. Pay a 50% deposit

Happy with the plan? We send an invoice for half the total. Your date is held once it’s paid.

  4. Balance 72 hours before

The rest is due 72 hours before your trip. Then all that’s left is to show up and climb.

Tipping

Tips are never expected but always appreciated. If you had a great day, 10–20% is customary in the guiding world and goes straight to your guide.

Parking and park fees

Where a crag charges a day-use or parking fee, we cover it for one carpool vehicle. Stoney Point has free street parking that fills up fast on weekends, so please carpool.

If plans change

Cancel or reschedule 7+ days out for a full refund or a free move. If we cancel for weather, fire danger or a closure, you always get a full refund or a free reschedule.
