How booking works

  1. Pick your trip and date

    Choose a half or full day, then an open date and your group size.

  2. Send a request

    Tell us about your group and anything we should know. It’s free, and nothing is charged online.

  3. We confirm by email

    Jack will reply within one business day with the crag, meeting spot and a 50% deposit invoice.

  4. Climb

    The balance is due 72 hours before. Meet at the trailhead and we’ll bring all the gear.

What happens next

After you send a request you’ll see a reference number on screen. Jack will check the forecast and crag conditions, then email you to confirm the date, suggest a crag that suits your group, and share the meeting spot and parking notes.

Waiver links come with your confirmation so everyone can sign before the day. If plans change, cancel 7+ days out for a full refund or a free move.
